Looks similar to the Cannondale Scalpel(http://www.cannondale.com/bikes/06/CUSA/model-6VP4.html), except the Scalpel doesn't have a rear pivot, it uses the flex of the carbon fiber chainstays as the pivot. Not a lot of travel, just enough for an XC race bike.
